Wow why isn't Massassi and offical fan site? I mean we've been around since 1998 and we have like 30,468 threads and I don't know how many users.

But latly the main site has slowed down since the worm.

I guess I should be more clear. An offical fan site for JK and the like. I was checking out the Lucas Fan Network Site cause SWGalxies is on there and Massassi isn't. I mean we even have a name from the games or movies.

Cause the LFN doesn't like us.

And because we dont really need any of the services they offer. We are fine on our own.

BTW, Massassi doesn't have popups, does it? I'm too lazy to load it up in IE. I know LFN has tonnes of popups and ads. Or rather, had, before I got Firefox and Adblock. I feal sorry for those with out Adblock and Firefox.

Currently we have 10628 registered users. Only about 400 or so visit the forums with any regularity though. That is to say, 400 people have logged in within the past week.

400 isn't bad tough, is it? I mean, if there were more there were a lot more morons. And 400 for a site that is "officialy" (hehe) dedicated to an almost dead game isn't bad either.

"An official site for fans"... doesn't sound good - isn't it better to have an indipendant site? Sure, one could get support, in financial terms, but - We have a lot of "youth clubs", "youth organisations" and stuff here, supported by the town. The independant ones are much better. Me and some friends run something similar. I like it better.
So my point, if I have one is that what others expressed much shorter in "unoffical > official".
