I'd buy one, it it didn't represent fascism and hate. I like how the Nazi uniforms looked. But...yeah. They also sell Nazi flags with the swatstika on them. Odd.
It took a while for you to find me; I was hiding in the lime tree.

Well, you can actually buy replica Nazi daggers (including Hitler's Youth), so that could go with your Nazi collection, too.

Don't you mean Prince Harry? William was dressed up as tarzan at that party or something.

swing kids is a good movie, very sad though.

It seems a little bit tasteless to have NAZI action figures.
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

<3 Genki.

I'd get one just so that I could have my Captain Jean-Luc Picard action figure beat the living snot out it. Am I nearly 20? Yes. Would I still do this? Yes.

I remember reading on boingboing.net about this guy who customizes figures like those and makes menacing looking diorama photographs, supposedly inspired by a photoalbum he saw belonging to an old Eastern front SS soldier who had escaped to South America.
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.

Diorama?
nope.

Barbie's obviously a nazi spy.

Anyhoo this reminds me I still need to find the Hellboy Kroenen figure dressed in his Nazi uniform. That was a sweet looking figure.

I always thought the taboo on all things nzi was asinine. It happened, I don't understand why it's so hard to find models of nazi planes with swastikas on them. Just because it was horrible doesn't mean we should just forget about it.

It's illegal to posess that Hitler doll in Germany, among other things.

Its illegal to display a lot of stuff pertaining to the Nazi party in Germany. They dont have the same rights over there that we have in the US.

In fact, WW2 games, like Call of Duty and RtCW have to be modified for release in Germany to take out all of the Swastikas.

The Germans had a lot of intelligent people working for them. The American Stealth Bomber was based on a German design that they never managed to begin production on before the end of the war. Had Germany won the war, manned missions into space and to the moon probably would have taken place a lot sooner.

Indeed, it is important to make a distinction between the Germany Military and the Nazis. Most members of the German Infantry did not agree with the Nazi ideals, and had no idea about the concentration camps. It was the SS that contained the really nasty people, for the most part. In the book Band of Brothers, it's stated that out of all the nationalities Easy Company encountered during WW2, they liked the Germans the best, by far.

There's some website where a gay guy in New York has a collection of these and it talks about them. Not sure if it's for real or not but it's funny. I'll try to drag it up...
