WoW Installing Problems

Well I didnt know if this would go in the technical Help Forum but uh. When I try to install WoW sometimes I get errors and sometimes It just stops reading the disc. The farthest I've gotten is disc 3 and I get a error. But I've never had any trouble installing other games! Most of the time it just stops reading the disc and sits there.

I can tell you that this happened to me. Not with WoW specifically, but other games. It's a sign your CD drive is going to hell. It will start with only a few games, then it will get worse and worse and worse until you install a new drive. That's exactly what happened to me. When I got the new drive, everything worked just great again.

Just something to keep in mind.

If you've got an account, you can just download the beta and patch it from there. Or so I've heard.
If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.

Which beta open or closed? Also I've went to blizzards site and technical help then I did what it said I took the installer files off all four CD's. And put them in a folder and then I ran it and it still freezes....Im gonna try downloading the beta then patching it from there.

Heh and a link to where I can download the beta would be nice. I've been looking for it.
