This is what happens when you have too much free time on your hands. I've been planning on doing this for a couple weeks, and finally had enough time to do it last night. The head was taken off a Taco Bell cup topper, and filled with epoxy, then drilled into and screwed on. (And no, the spikes don't bother me, yet)

yeah, me too considering it is just vinyl that has been painted. It is just screwed on too, so if all else fails, just unscrew it and put the old on back on.

if your really concerned about color fading or rubbing off, i'm sure you can go to a hobby shop or something and get varnish or... something to protect it from that.

Actually it would have been more "pracitcal" if you were to put a head of an object that tends to be tube shaped like that.... or others that are more dooku saber shaped.

That is, by far, the sexiest thing I've ever seen! Then again I got a sith fetish so bad that it doesn't matter that I'm a guy. The doctor says I should be sedated. She was wearing a dark coat and I got a little weird. I now have to cope with a restraining order :(

I'd just cut the spikes off or something... iunno. But yeah if you could get like... mace windu - then that'd be better.

I thought about it, but decided not to (plus now I can't, cause it is filled with epoxy). I'm actually really liking it, despite the horns. If you hold it just right, you can avoid them. Originally, it was going to be a small statue I have of the ghost of Obi-Wan, with a blue LED in it to light it, but then I got the idea for this, so I changed my mind. I may still make the obi-wan one though. I'll be sure and post it if I do.
