No joke, these are probably the most "unique" game titles ever. Imagine asking a store clerk, "Do you have Sticky Balls?" when it is released for the PSP.

It was mentioned in a Gamefaqs forum. I didn't believe the poster so I did what he said and search the database for it. Who would have thought those games exist....
