Double Click in the any of the border area, it will toggle between that "Minimal" Mode, and the normal "full" mode. As far as i can tell this is one of those poorly documented features they really should go around telling people about. It took me weeks to learn how to fix that the first time.

Yup, double click in that gray border area, the thick part. It's actually handy for showing CPU usage without the extra stuff, just go to performance tab and double click. Resize to how you see fit. It'll remember the original window size anyway.

mine is showing 100% CPU usage and nothing is running that should take all that up. i just closed UT a few minutes ago and it's been that way since.
