I'm trying to find a place to buy and download UT GOTY online, legally of course. It's for my brother in Flagstaff, where they don't have many options as far as buying older games like that in town. He's already called around to try to find it up there and the thing is we're trying to get a game on tomorrow afternoon. Any help?

Online distribution is pretty much only starting up. The only major game I know of that uses it is Half-Life 2.

You'd best go look for it on froogle.google.com or something and pick up a copy of it personally at a store.

Order it from online and get overnight shipping. I'm pretty sure you cant legally download it anywhere.
