Yeah. The best way to deal with Chinese overpopulation is to send their daughters to Ruthven. :D

No, I disagree. I think it's a great idea. It would turn the plain ol' ordinary earthbound babies into SPACE BABIES OF THE FUTURE. Furthermore, with their new training environment, they would develop EXTRAORDINARY CRANIAL POWER, and therewith would become BABY GENIUSES. It would only profit the future generation.

In regions of overpopulation, the deportation of people is an alternative of, say, killing them and eating them. I think he means that Ruthven would play host to the unwanted Chinese persons.

This post is a joke by the way. I don't really think babies should be sent into space. Sorry if my posts confused you, Avenger. :<

The best way to deal with overpopulation is to ship half the population and food/supplies to alaska and make them start a new country.... new china
