My sister's 18th birthday would have been today, so we placed a picture of her on the table, along with flowers and a lit candle.

Watching this tribute to her, especially the photo, makes me cry like I haven't cried since she died last November.

It's my belief that there's nothing for her now as her brain activity has stopped, death means she's truly dead.

Knowing she won't come back hurts so much...

I had to vent...
Looks like we're not going down after all, so nevermind.

The music industry is a cruel and shallow money trench where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side.

Bloody hell mate, that's horrible. That sort of age is probably the worst anyone can die at. What happened?

I've only talked about it in the chat. She killed herself, overdosed on her prescription meds.

Crikey! These sort of words probably seem weak and corny in a forum post, but I'm very sorry for your loss. It must be hard.

Hey, Blue? I'm loving the things you do. From the very first time, the fight you fight for will always be mine.

All the kind words in the world will probaly mean jack **** right now, the only good news I can give you is that the pain gets easier to handle. It'll never stop and you'll never get over it but you will learn to live with it.

Remember the good times you had and never dwell on the bad, if you blame anybody just let it pass, you'll feel better for it ina few years.

I wish you better fortune in the future.

The picture, flowers and a candle was a good thing to do. Even though it reminds of her, let's hope it will also remind of better times.

Sorry to hear that :(

Its never nice to lose a family member like that, but well its hard to comprehend. I makes me think about the people in my own family who died in the past.

Well, seeing as how I don't want to perpetuate sadness, I'll say get better, feel better, and in general, I suppose the only thing you can do is move on. At least that'd be the healthiest thing to do.

Best of wishes with moving on, but don't rush it. Sometimes it's better to remember those you've lost for a while, in mourning, than to just callously move on to other things.

dang... this thread almost made me cry.

My condolences, Krok.

I talked to a lady on the phone today whose husband died recently. She was in tears. I felt so bad.
