WHO LIKES TIDE!?!

Nah, I caught the end of some American soap today called something Hospital (I think i've seen some of it before too), and im just wondering, do people acctually sit and watch this stuff? Everyone has some alterior movite to relationship, they all have evil twins trying to kill them, and why does every character have an odd name like Lazlow, or Alcazar or Lorenzo? Its riddled with bad plots and mediocre acting, everyone raises an eyebrow at the end of every scene!

This thing i caught, some guy had been taken to a medical hospital under order of a releltive where he realised his true heritage - THE GUY IS A PRINCE OF SOMEWHERE! What the hell?

i used to watch them when i was homeschooled. XD

Soaps are horrible.

I saw a factoid a couple days ago that said Days of Our Lives has depicted 120-some-odd cases of amnesia over its lifetime. That's what makes soaps awful. There is nothing original.

soap operas are horrible, they might be Ok if you really get into one but they look god awful.

I dunno how anyone can watch those. They have horrible plots, and go on for years and years and years. I like the latin-american idea of having soaps last for a season and then be over.

The Spanish channel is cool, and I can actually partially understand them too.
Most people who watch soap operas themselves think they're stupid but do it anyways. Me? ive given up on most TV
