I need a new webhost, tripod has became annoying. Id prefer one without banner ads built into pages, a pop up is ok. It also should support FTP, and be free. Thanks in advance.

maybe 10 or 15MB, 20MB would probably be more than enough. I can always try and make it so I need less room.

I found one somewhere that had 100mb free, and unlimited bandwidth, but when my HD died my favorites file got erased so I've lost it. Heheh... oh and NO POP UPS OR ANY ADVERTISEMENTS. God, I had found the perfect thing that is good on the internet and lost it. *starts looking for it again*

took me years to find this again.... www.topcities.com as far as i know, it works properly. There's another one with a similar deal, only 100 mb, but i forget the name (no not web1000)
