Well, since everyones having so many problems with Shintock's server and since I've got a spare computer around. I've got it hosting a dedicated CSS server.

No admin scripts or anything like that yet, just good ol' CSS.

1k starting cash, 30 mins between level change.

FF is OFF.

68.212.26.246
Password is lozier

12 player limmit.

Any suggestions for the server, post 'em here.

The ping on the server is unplayable I got a connection ping of 91 then during game play with just one person in the server my ping was 122... that's not really playable.

That's playable in my book.. highly playable. Anything less than 150 is really just fine.

I've had pings spike up in the 800's and no one notices. I only saw a couple times when checking my score. It's like I've got some kind of reverse ping-spoofing deal going on.

set net_graph to 2 and then tweak your rate, cl_updaterate, cl_cmdrate, and cl_cmdbackup settings. (try cl_cmdbackup on 0)

that'll help any lag spikes, not ping.

I just left too. Also with no speakers. Playing at 2am isnt very fun because having my speakers on wakes my family up :(

Yeah I was in there for a few minutes but everyone left so the server is pretty dead right now... on a good map though.

You're server isnt responding now. As you're now running a listen server you might need to type "sv_lan 0" in the console.
