Okay, I guess this is two questions about melee:

I have managed to get melee to work in sp before but I could only punch, I've seen screenshots of other moves being used though. How do you do those?

and the other question is am I able to get melee to work in multiplayer and/or against bots too?

gotta pick up NPCs weapons with your use key, or use cheats to access all the weapons... (not sure if that last works)

No, he's talking about the kung fu moves.

Your best bet is to visit lucasforums.com and do a search. I made some menu mods that enabled that, but I don't have access to them anymore.

In MP, you need to have your saber force powers set to 0, and you get fists. If the server is set to g_debugmelee 1, you can also kick and do different holds.

[Edit: For SP you can use the cheat "thereisnospoon" (i think) to give you access to a bunch of different melee moves)

Thanks guys, I got it to work in multiplayer... I haven't been able to try it in single player yet but when I get the chance I'll give you an update to see if it worked

OK I tested it in single player, "thereisnospoon" did nothing. any other suggestions?

I remember that iknowkungfu worked in the demo, dunno about full version though. I never bothered to buy it.

Ok, I've used the iknowkungfu before. Use different combinations of your attack, alt attack, and jump buttons and such. You can do the kick flip, grab people and do slams, or grab them by the head and punch them out.
Its not too bad.

The "thereisnospoon" cheat actually does the death spin when you kill a Dark Jedi. You can bind it to a key and do it anytime you want, like if you do a cool move and you just want to make it look cooler by doing a camera spin.

Hey thanks guys, such a simple cheat, I should have thought of it myself.

I already knew what thereisnospoon was because of jo but i thought maybe it was different for ja. *shrugs* my mistake.. although that key binding idea sounds interesting, I'll have to do that.

Now I just have to remember what makes me throw the guy like the rag doll he is and what makes me punch the snot out of him.
