The results surprised me. Not the CG images, but the real images. Some of them look quite CG to me.

Also, I stumbled upon this little gem:

9/10. The many nails one I got wrong. Some were pretty obvious, but some were pretty tricky too.

9/10. I missed the bunch of glasses. I didn't think renderers could get that accurate in refraction yet.

The things to look for is oddities in lighting, lack of inperfections, no dust (this was the giveaway for the chess pieces, they had dust), repetitive textures (the multiple nail pic, all the nails had the exact same head mark, no difference whatsoever), and a general smoothness.

Yeah that one was surprising. I missed that one and the wine glass, seemed like the kind of semi-simplistic thing that would be done with CG.

9/10, it was pretty easy for me but I was tricked by the first one, those nails were too perfect for my liking.

Same here, but I almost clicked CG. I wasn't counting, otherwise I might've thought about a 5 and 5 count. This was actually pretty easy.

10/10 and then 4/4. If you really look at them and concentrate, you can tell which ones are fake because each CGI one has something about it that doesn't look right.

I didn't find it too hard, either. And I didn't even click on the images and got the same score as you. It's pretty easy to determine fake from real if you're familiar with renderings. Most of the fake ones had lazy-modeling that gave them away, as CM commented.
