I have Gnome Toaster that came with RH. Is there something else I should get for any reason?

You can do it all via the command line with 'cdrecord' (man cdrecord). It's a pain in the butt. You could try cd roaster: http://www.jump.net/~brooke/cdrtoast/

Basically, though, all the GUI Linux applications for burning cds are simply front-ends for the cdrecord command. One of the unix philosophies is to make a command line program fast, bug free, and extensible.
