You bad boy.

I got a pretty cool candle/perfume set, all equipped with candle, liquid that smells good, sticks you burn that smell good, and a "Pot Pourri" that smells good.

Flowers. We were in a garden store to pick up some trees, and she hinted that she wanted flowers by running up to every bundle going "ooo I like these, no wait, these, or these, I like this bunch too"

Me: "ay carumba!"

gbk, can I be the first to point out that that is, in fact, two words?

Anyways, I have no idea. I'll go into town on Saturday and look for something. If all else fails, I've got Microsoft Publisher and some nice card printer paper.

A nice set of earrings and a crafty thing to decorate the house with.

Flowers or chocolates or something. And a card.

I'm going to meet my parents in St. Louis Sunday night. They're driving my grandmother to the airport in Chicago (cheaper flights if leaving from Chicago) so that she can return to Poland. While there, my parents will buy a lot of Polish bread, sausage, and other goodies, and then give it to me. I love that Chicago has a large Polish population, because I'm really looking forward to that food.

I'm getting her a CD, probably Missy Higgin's latest offering. Can't see why she'd like her though, her Australian accent is so thick when she sings I swear you could cut it.

But I got her this really good handmade fudge from a small fudge shop in Edinburgh.

I will send a card and give her a call. If I had the time, I would drive the couple hours to visit, but I don't.

i went to walmart today and got my mom a bunch of $6.00 perfume samplers, like 4 or 5 of them. That way she can have a variety and it was relatively inexpensive. She likes perfume.

That's all good and well for you and your little sis, but what are you gonna do for your mum?
2005-05-06, 2:21 AM #31
Breakfast in bed is something that'd make my mum hate me.. She'd still be bothered by the little crumbles at night. :p

I'll probably make her a colourful drawing or something. >.>
