I think he's asking how to create more administrators with some forum called Proboard. If that's the case, I suggest you view user settings and see if you can change the account type. There might be an admin control panel for that, or maybe just a link that shows up in a user's profile or posts when you're logged in as an admin.

maybe asking on the official site for proboard would get you a more useful and faster reply.
