I would say yes considering the guy has over 98% positive feedback, plus several of them say something along the lines of

"Fast Shipping! WOW, Great Price, WOW, Great Ebayer, A++++ Brand Spankin NEW PS2" Or sometihng to do with anyother electronic. Its a long time member with lots of good feedback, therefore, yes I think it's real.

It's going to go up like 100 or more dollars by the time it ends. People start auctions that cheap because it costs less to put up and people are more likley to bid on them.
Think while it's still legal.

Notice you must be on a pre-approved sellers/buyers list to bid.

Also, notice the lack of and option for shipping insurance.
