Now here is a guy that has stood in place for us for decades and he goes and does something stupid like that.
It's Svend. Do we let him appologize and continue speaking for us? Or do we knock him down and make him retire?
It's obvious he was looking for attention or wanted to get caught. So do we let him get away with it?
Would we let anyone else get away with it? No. We would prosecute him and send him to jail. So why does Svend get to take stress leave and go home?

I'm up in the air on this one. It's Svend.

Look at how Ralph Klein handled his drinking problem and he went on to serve another term (and will probably serve another after this (he's unstoppable IMHO)).

It's not like anyone cares about the ring. It's a canalian ring, which is worth like... 2 REAL cents.

It's a $3000 or $5000 ring.

Yeah, maybe in Canalian money, but in real money? Yeah, it's not worth anything in real money.

[for those of you who can never ever get the fact that I'm kidding; I am.]

I used to know someone with that disorder. He used to pocket lighters and things from the gas station whenever he could. He didn't actually want the lighter, he just had the need to put it in his pocket.

A very strange disorder indeed.
