Brians building up an army, once he has enough souls he's going to give us them back 'reprogramed' and we'll be his loyal cannon fodder.

I once started a "Massassi Temple" JK level; the premise was going to be that you had to go in and recover your soul. The souls were all put into a "soul processing machine" which converted them into energy for powering the forums server (which was a room full of vacuum-tube computers).
