I'm surprised there hasn't been a thread about this year's E3 yet, but that's nothing I can't remedy.

Anyway, it looks to be pretty exciting this year. E3 starts on Tuesday - just a couple days now and we get a look at the next generation of games and hardware. What we've seen of the Xbox 360 thus far has been impressive, let's see if Sony and Nintendo can match Microsoft's lead.

So, list what games you're looking forward to hearing about.

I hope Raven doesn't mess up Quake 4. I saw some gameplay footage online, but I wasn't terribly impressed.

STALKER does look damn impressive. Although the demo I saw it was chugging. Making the demo machine chug.. That cant be good.

In addition to what others have mentioned, I'll be keeping an eye on:

+ Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth
+ Age of Pirates (i.e. Sea Dogs 2) info FAQ
+ Black and White 2
+ Half-Life 2: Aftermath
+ Operation Flashpoint 2
+ Enclave 2
+ Alan Wake
+ anything by Illusion Softworks (Mafia 2? Hidden & Dangerous 3?)
+ Prince of Persia "3" (more like 6, actually) if they lose the angst, butt-rock, and leather.

Still hoping for a good Western game on the PC or a Napoleonic Age of Sail Simulator.

If it breaks, you get to keep both pieces.

Well, they took the magnetic tag away from the scorpion and replaced with a rocket launcher. Now mantas have even more of an advantage over any other vehicle.

I also look forward to Q4 and S.T.A.L.K.E.R.

I think the only thing E3 will show us that's new is Kingdom Hearts 2. Everything else will be just oogly screens to... oogle at. I mean, we don't know wtf those white things are, why mickey's gone neo, etc. I really hope that they release that game NOW.

Yes, the PS3 is supposed to be debuted during E3.

I REALLY want to see some new footage of the new Star Wars RTS. That game looks so badass! Orbital bombardment, epic space battles, etc........ohhhhh yeah!

I'm most looking forward to the Stargate SG-1 game, rumour has it on the site that after E3 new videos, character models, story info vehicle and other goodies will be released on the website, plus the movies of ingame fotage and Richard Dean Anderson will be there as well.

God do I love this time of year! =D So far, the PS3 looks totally awesome, and the new Dual Shock looks interesting. I still have to read more about the PS3, but so far so good.
