Kitty Pride is in (who cares?), but more interestingly Frasier (aka Kelsey Grammer) has been cast as Beast in a 'major, major role'.

It seems like a strangely good casting choice...

I'll be interested to see how this turns out. Frasier rocks, though.

When Mystique was in the bar seducing the security guard, the character of the beast was being interviewed on TV. If I recall correctly.

Actually non mutated Hank McCoy was being interviewed.

I dunno if I'll really like this movie, I preferred James Marsden as Cyclops and the previous director.

Vinnie Jones as Juggernaut is gonna be a bit weird.

I'm more excited about Wolverine than X-3.

Especially since Bryan Singer isn't directing.

Kelsey Grammer seems like the perfect guy to play Beast though. I'm hoping for the best.

Then again it isn't that big a deal that he is being recast. James Marsden was nothing more than a wannabe pretty boy with no lines. He had like less than 15 minutes screen time in both movies.

Marsden is still Cyc, he just doesn't have that big of a role.

I won't miss Cyclops. His only role was to be a part of a triangle. And considering the ending of X2, that drama might be lessening somewhat anyway.

As long as Wolverine, Magneto (played by the old actors) and a bunch of good looking female mutants are in, I'm happy :p Oh, and a good script wouldn't hurt either, by that was handled well enough in the past, so I don't worry yet.

That sucks. X-2 is one of my all-time favorite action flicks.
