Well so far, it's been a few days (it being monday now) and nothing's happened. We haven't gotten a call from the police, nothing. So hopefully it'll all just blow over and end up being nothing.

Yeah, it's probably a vain hope, but it's still there.

In less than 30 hours I will officially be out of state. Woohoo! Then hopefully I'll be able to spend more time this summer learning and getting money instead of just trying to stay alive under the onslaught of work my uncle would have me doing.

What's the concern about the police checking up on you and all this legal action and such? It's very unlikely that this will ever extend past school disciplinary action...

It's illegal to look at porn if you are under 18. Having it on his computer is not the same because anyone could have put it there, especially since the computer technically belongs to his parents.

I've never heard of leagal authorities legally punish a kid for having porn. That's just dumb.
