Krig posted a program called Abrosoft FantaMorph 3 in a thread, so I downloaded it and messed around. It's so cool :) Download it here and make one yourself and post it.

am i the only one that thinks this program isnt that amazing? It looks like it relies on one image too much.

Looks to me like the program takes the points along the two faces, blends them together, and then sets both images to different levels of transparency to blend the two together more. The only one on this thread that has turned out really good seems to be SAJN's as the second photo was just a picture of Tom Hanks' head.

It probably linearly interpolates the positions and colours of the nodes. Fairly straightforward effect.

Morphing software has been around for years. Maybe not free, but it's nothing new.

It works well with two photos at the same or very similar angles, and the points properly chosen. SAJN's first blend is quite good, as is Tom Reiser.

Oh and...hahaha, nice one Wolfy. Paris Hilton + Rotweiler = ...Paris Hilton!
