As far as the rims go...ha that's a "Ricer" thing. I've seen them before on cars. What people do is buy 2 sets of rips and put them on either side of the car, that way when you look at it from one side and the other, it "makes" it look a different car, so to speak. As did I. And I made the decision that I won't put any more effort into purchasing it. Hell I won't even bother going to the bank and getting approved for the loan. If he wants to sell it that bad, let him bring it over himself and I'll get him $8K that very day.

Oh well. Maybe I'll get lucky and find a beater R33 or R34 in the junk yard, or at a used car lot owned by an old Asian man and his teenage Asian son.
I can't think of anything to put here right now.

Well he never responded to my proposition, no surprise. I told him I was preapproved for the loan, but could only get the $ if the title was either in my hand when the loan is given to me, or the car was in my possession, because they wouldn't cover a loan for a car not in this state. I then went on to say I was offered a GT-R for $25K (load of crap, a bluff) and that if he doesn't respond I am gonna buy that one.

I guess my only other choice is get a better paying job and save up.

If the VIN comes up as a 240, then it was probably imported through less than legal means. If this is the case, I wouldn't do it.

You know what is really funny? All these people who find it funny to quote that are just flaming the board. I think an ADMINISTRATOR OR MODERATOR needs to delete all of them, except the original.
