Spend all of today throwing up..

I hate this. Once every 2 or three months, I'll be doing something or nothing at all, and suddenly I'll get slightly light headed for a split second. Then, I've got a blur on my vision (but I can still see) sort of like the one whre you stand up too quick and you get that rush.. After that, I get a headache which lasts a few hours. After the headache comes on, I feel extremely nauseated for a good three hours, during that time I throw up about 2 or 3 separate times.

I go to sleep after throwing up, and after even an hours nap, I feel 100% normal. No headache, no sickness, no stomach ache, no throwing up, etc.

Anyone else get related things?

I know what it is, and you're not going to like it.

Hmm, I have a tendency to throw up sometimes for no physical reason. Don't get headaches though. I've pretty much decided it's a result of stress. My body doesn't handle stress well physically, though I handle it very well mentally/emotionally.

Anyway, could be stress related. Does it happen during times when areas of your life are really hectic or after you get in a fight with someone, or you're worried about money, or something?
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

Sounds like a migraine to me too, especially from the blurred vision bit. I get something similar to this everyonce in a while too. Mine just involves the headache and the throwing up though. However, just like you, after sleeping, I feel 100% normal. I think mine is also a form of a migraine. With it coming and going as easily as it does, I've never worried too much with it.

You need to have your head examined. Seriously, MRI or something. Sounds nasty.

If you think that's bad, try a heavy brain concussion.
