The full JK and MOTS source code was made availible to us and we were given the authorization to modify it.

What would you do with it?

Update it, to make an actual JK: Source Engine type thing, like how they did with HL2.

Nothing. Since I don't know jack squat when it comes to programming. I'd just sit around and wait for other people to release lots of awesome stuff, then just work from there. :D

Realistically, we'd probably have 20 people complaining loudly that they could have programmed it better, another 20 people coming in and defending Lucasarts, 100 people telling the firxt 40 to STFU, and about one person who might actually try adding on to the engine (i'm thinking GBK probably).
