Ever.

when I was little (see 4 or 5 yearsold) I must have tried to eat an orange that turned out to be bad, because now, I cannot eat orange. but mandereens (sp?) are perfectly fine.

Somewhere between SOME PULP and NO PULP!

I prefer the straight-up original orange juice but I don't mind a swig of some of those fruit + orange juice blends.

Lots of pulp. Mmmm.

I can't drink orange juice, or anything really citrusy, or loaded with Vitamin C.

It'll make me puke.
2005-06-12, 7:10 PM #12
Maybe REAL men just eat oranges.
2005-06-12, 7:13 PM #13
I like mine.... orange.

So then the opposite must be true, since it is, in a way, similar. So solids should not have liquids. Dang, food would be too dry to eat.

I can't stand oranges, but I love orange juice with tons of pulp.

You're probably eating some pretty poor quality, sour oranges. Cheap orange juice is sometimes like drinking dog bile.

That said, the more pulp, the better. Pulp just adds a lot of flavor and a nice texture.

2005-06-12, 11:24 PM #20
No bits in liquid? ever!?!?
Wow man, there are sooo many wonderful drinks out there you will never experience because of that silly little rule.
And I'm not jsut talking fruit drinks either.
Don't deny a drink just because it has floaties (ok, some floaties should never be in a drink) try new things!

I fail to see what's so bad about not wanting pulp in your orange juice.

Why isn't there an option for liking both types? Is that so hard to fathom?

I prefer as little pulp as possible. If I want pulp, I'll just eat an orange. Plus pulp in a screwdriver = gross.

I have that problem too. I drink OJ with pulp and I find myself spitting out the few that clinged to my teeth.

Also, the texture of a pulpy liquid just doesn't sit right with me.

Voted no pulp.

I've never really enjoyed the pulp in my OJ, but I usually don't mind a little. I just have to choke it down ;) :\
Though I've had to shy completely away from pulped OJ for the past 6 years... braces suck really bad when it comes to OJ. (but I don't have to worry about that anymore as of 2 weeks ago! w00t!)
