Ok, this was a friend of mine's general idea, but no insight is like the Massassi insight, so I brought it here haha


If you've ever looked at a mountain dew can upside down, you'll notice that the ""deW" forms the figure of the word "Mao". Additionally, this lettering is in red. Undoubtedly this is a reference to communist china. (Even mountain dew contains the phonetic "MAO"!)

Additionally, there have been (reportedly false) reports of mountain dew lowering your sperm count. This corroborates China's one-child policy -- it is clear that mountain dew is a communist chinese conspiracy.

Thoughts, flames, astounding new observations?

The words "now" appear below it also (at the end of Mountain).


Also, if you look at the beginning of Mountain upside down, it looks like "wet" is the first three letters. Therefore, "wet un now"?

Also, it looks like the first four letters are "viet". Vietnam came to mind. I know this isn't Chinese, but still :D

"dew" (du) actually means to poison, to plug up (to block), to read, or the stomach in chinese :p (along with a couple more)

A word can mean a lot of different things in chinese depending on the tone of your voice. So say your not going up and down in tone the right way when you say words in chinese, you could think your saying a "Have a nice day" when you could have really told him his mom is fat and ugly.

I like Cantonese because it was the most difficult language for me to even begin to learn (I am VERY basic in this). But it lacks some stuff to form structure like I'm used to (although you really don't need it).
