Coffee and Tea
2005-06-20, 3:33 AM #1
The other day at wal-mart I decided I needed some coffee, but didn't have time to run to the nearest coffee shop (don't even know where one is around here). So I got some Starbucks Italian Roast, figuring Starbucks was about as close as I could get to the real stuff (unfortunately) and man, is it good. Just the right darkness, full of flavor, I've only had a couple pots so far but it's awesome.

It being 5:30 in the morning, I'm enjoying a nice cup of joe with a few teaspoons of sugar and a bit of creamer. How do you enjoy your coffee, or if you dislike coffee, tea?

I always drink my tea (don't like coffee) black. But that's just me and my dark side.
Sorry for the lousy German

I like Chi tea or Earl Grey... both black.

Same with coffee although I'm less fussy and will usually drink instant coffee unless a coffee machine is available.

I prefer my coffee with one cream, two sugars. I usually don't go for anything fancy like Starbucks though. I'm usually happy with Folgers French Vanilla or something.

Though I much prefer Earl Grey with milk (poured in first, so as not to scald the milk), and a bit of sugar.

Bit of sugar. Maybe I then get to be a sweet little boy one day.

Don't like coffee. I do like all those fancy different coffee PRODUCTS, though.

I like coffee with a lot of milk with two sugars. It makes me come alive. I drink coffee most of the time. I never used to like the stuff, but I started drinking coffee at college as I found that drinking coffee is part of socialising. Coffee also works wonders when trying to do something constructive when using JED.

The only thing I like about coffee is the smell of freshly made coffee. I don't like the taste at all - not even in those various coffee products.

I only drink coffee worth drinking black, and so I drink it black. I abstain from instant Folgers, and that nonsense.

Herbal tea, I'll usually drink straight. Green tea, I'll put a few drops of soymilk. Chai, I'll put a bit of soymilk, and a teaspoon of sugar. Most other teas I'll just drink black.

Tea and coffee both with some milk and a teaspoon of sugar.
2005-06-20, 10:21 AM #15
Milk, or cream, and the sugar varries from 2-3 depending on the size of the mug.

At school they have this ridiculously strong coffee that requires about 4 sugars or splenda or something to make the sugar noticable.

I try not to drink it that often though.

But tea's for the British.

Then again, I can see the point of assuming those Brits aren't human. They even drive on the wrong side of the road.

Where on earth is the milk option? I don't drink tea or coffee myself, but having British parents who consume vast quantities daily, I know what should be in it! :p

The fact Brits drive on the left side is a simple historical relic from the time of armed horsemen. When you ride... drive... on the left side, it leaves your right arm toward the middle of the street, and those you might encounter on the street. And since most of people are right-handed, it means you don't have to switch to the other side of the road, when you meet some ugly ******* you would like to slice in two with your sword or pierce with your lance.

So, in Britain, it's useful to practice your swordmanship or lance skills just in case...

God do I ever hate starbucks...

It's downright IMPOSSIBLE to go in there and order a normal cup of coffee without 20 options at every step.

I don't want 20 options! What part of medium regular coffee did you fail to be able to process! This is what you are known to serve! I CALL SHANANIGANS! FALSE ADVERTISING!:p

Tea is the ****. Irish breakfast or Earl grey with milk and lots of sugar. So good.

I think both tea and coffee taste like badly-flavored water...

I like tea. I occasionally put milk and sugar in, but I most often drink it plain.

Coffee is okay, with lots of sugar and milk. Then again the only coffee I've ever had is the cheap stuff at church...

Sugar and Cream, definitely.

I don't mind flavored Coffee, though, like French Vanilla, Mocha, etc.

Coffee: black with some cream or milk. The cream type is usually french vanilla.

Starbucks coffee is a) expensive b) really hot c) incredibly strong. Whenever I need a real quick boost, I go to the one on campus before boring class(es).
