There was an episode where they mentioned Meg had a different father.

If it's a straight-to-dvd movie, why not just throw all the scenes in, instead of deleting some?

Just seems odd to me.

Perhaps they're deleted scenes from the show?

And sometimes scenes just don't work. For whatever reason, such as messing up pacing, they have to be taken out.

But its slap-stick comedy... how can you mess up the pacing in something like that? I have a feeling the deleted scenes might be just a joke for adding more content to the dvd.

Edit - just dawned on me that running time could be a factor so don't own me too badly in a rebuttal. :o

I don't think running time is an issue, and honestly I don't really see why scenes would have to be cut... Guess we'll find out in a few months, though.

1. There has been a dvd released in the UK with the deleted scenes from the show, commentaries etc.
