Read it here first.

I've actually seen this movie. It was...well some of the sorriest 90 minutes of my life.
I can't think of anything to put here right now.

The new one looks worse.

[edit- you arent that smart are you]

If you watch it, trust me, you will know why it has never been released. It is worst than Batman and Robin.
I can't think of anything to put here right now.

Worse than Batman and Robin? Impossible!
Sorry for the lousy German

Im so happy that in Canada downloading movies, games, and music is legal.

I'd like to point out that very obvious hints at illegal pirate activity are frowned upon at Massassi.

Thank you, and have a nice day.

Downloading them might be. That's probably arguably legal here too. I just doubt that offering them up for free download without compensating the copyright holder is legal.

I do think that if anyone has links to this movie they should be allowed to post them here. This isn't a case of a movie that is or ever will be available for purchase and nobody will lose money as a result of its downloading.

Guys, the movie I saw was the UNRELEASED VERSION. The one that Marvel will NEVER RELEASE and as far as they care, you can watch it all you want. It will never be released and you can go to comic conventions and PURCHASE the movie bootleg, from a guy sitting right next to people who work for Marvel Comics. They DO NOT CARE if you watch this movie. As far as they are concerned, the movie never existed.

Avi Arad, who is one of the executives at Marvel Studios, actually purchased the original copy of this movie and set it on fire.

In an interview with filmmaker Kevin Smith, Fantastic Four creator Stan Lee said that, unbeknown to the cast and crew, this movie was never intended to be released[/i], and was made only because the studio who owned the rights to make a Fantastic Four movie would have lost the rights if they did not begin production by a certain date.

THAT DOES NOT MAKE IT LEGAL. STOP TRYING TO RATIONALIZE STEALING THE PROPERTY OF THE MOVIE MAKER.

I never gave the details though as to how to acquire it. 1.) I openly stated I did NOT use bit torrent and 2.) I said that I got it in 2 parts. Maybe I went to a comic book convention and bought the movie on 2 seperate tapes? I could go to one and it'd take me about 2 hours to find.

All caps is against the rules.

Didnt I already tell you to not try and rationalize this. I'm not dumb, there are many ways you can get a movie illegally. And even if you did find it at a comic convention, thats not legal either. If you have a problem with this, please PM me.

THRAWN, stop minimodding.

Myself, stop minimodding.

Everyone else, stfu and go back to talking about the F4 movie thing.

You know what? I have an open statement to make here, this is designated towards everyone, not anyone in particular:

While I did originally state that I have seen this movie, and some details of what I did, I did not state where I got it.

However, while I was PMed a warning, the administrators are missing one very important element from this topic:

The original post contains a link to a movie review...get this, ok, are all you guys ready? This is the kicker:

A REVIEW FOR A MOVIE THAT THEY ACQUIRED ILLEGALLY.

Now, if I post a link to a respectable website such as the Internet Movie Database which contains reviews and details for this movie, wouldn't that be just as wrong?
I can't think of anything to put here right now.

...
I asked you nicely for you to simply not post about illegally acquiring movies. I dont care if you didnt give out any details, it was still pretty obvious you had downloaded it.

Again- I asked you NICELY and this is what I get? That website is the review of the movie. Its not the actually movie now is it? I never said there was anything wrong to discuss how funny and bad that movie must have been. I simply told you not to talk about how you got it. You're the one thats making a big deal about this.

oh and, get this. I asked you nicely if you wouldnt talk about downloading movies. Thats it. Get over it and you'll be fine. Again- if you have any problems, PM an administrator.

hehehe

Being that I may have missed it, did he ever give any specific details on how to acquire the film? If he didn't it seems like a heavy over-reaction here.

the only reason i'm really watching that movie, to be blatantly shallow, is because The Human Torch is HOT (aka extremely good looking) lol

Look into the Justice League of America TV pilot that never aired. Lots of bright spandex.

er... if it's not commercial, you can legally download it all you want. you can also upload it, reupload it, burn it to CD and play frisbee with it. legally. so i really don't see what all the fuss is about.
