What are people's thoughts on Bewitched? I am seeing it today and am really looking forward to it because Will Ferrel is perhaps one of the funniest actors I've ever seen. Anything he is in, I think rocks. Anyone see it yet or have any thoughts on if its going to be good?
What if you found a portal to a parallel Universe?

Oh boy, you've opened a can of worms. I personally think Will Ferrell is pretty funny, but a lot of people DO NOT.

This could be a huge hit, or a huge flop, as most Ferrell movies are. Hopefully the former. Doubtful, though, as it seems a more family oriented movie.

Elf was not a flop last I recall. Yeah, I know a lot of people don't like Will Ferrell but hey, I loved Old school and he has some talent at making people laugh. Atleast in my opinion.

I must say, I never liked Will Ferrell much, but after seeing him interviewed on Charlie Rose with Nora Ephron (Director of Bewitched), I must say my opinion of the guy went up several notches. He's actually pretty intelligent, and is not nearly so obnoxious outside of movies. I still don't like his style of comedy most of the time, but I can make an exception for Bewitched....

I agree with Wolfy - it'll hit it big, or it will tank horribly. Will Ferrell is good in some movies (ex, Zoolander), but some of his work is hardly praise-worthy (Elf was a piece of trash, hated that movie).

I'm seeing it Sunday. Some of my sister's friends said it was horrible, and TV Guide gave it 2 stars out of 5, so I have my doubts about its quality. It's also only an hour and forty minutes long.

Hey man, I remember you! It has been a while.

Anyway, it looked like it had potential to be entertaining, most of his movies are at LEAST worth renting. Plus: Nicole Kidman!
