Are we talking about Liam Neeson vs. Mel Gibson here?

No, just the movies.

I found Rob Roy to be one of the worst movies I've ever seen. The main point of the movie was that his wife got raped, and they made a big scene out of it. It's shocking you with sexual violence instead of "regular" violence. Since I hate watching rape scenes, and that one was particularly graphic (in that, they actually showed it), I seriously hated watching that movie. Braveheart, on the other hand, was a great movie and was highly entertaining.

I'd rather see a battle between our Rob and Braveheart.

You know, Braveheart wasn't the characters' name. I've not seen either, but in real life William Wallace > Rob Roy.
nope.

In real life Wiliam Wallace was not the kind hearted well-educated romantic scot we saw in that hollywood storyline.

In fact he was a merciless, raping, pilaging, violent maniac.

However, even The Scots prefer the hollywood version to the truth, because of the great patriotic feel it gave them/us.

But I digress...

Movies : braveheart > Rob Roy

But Rob Roy was ALMOST as good... simply because:

Liam Neeson >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Mel Gibson.

I havn't seen all braveheart, but i really like Rob Roy.
I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

That's a tough one because they're both such great films. I think I'll have to give it to Braveheart. Own them both.
