I found out earlier tonight that one of my good friends from high school hung herself yesterday. Not only did she take her own life, but the life of her unborn baby.
After finding out she was pregnant, she asked her father if he could help support her when the baby was born, until she could get back to school.
He, however, completely shunned her, ashamed of her pregnancy, and told her he didn't want to have anything to do with her. That filthy turd probably feels incredibly guilty today, and rightly so. I can't believe he would be so unsupporting of his own daughter, who was a great kid.
We used to call ourselves "the b*tch buddies" - we were both on the student council in our two last years of HS, and had a knack for persuasive b****ing and making changes.
Much mojo-boosting needed.
