http://earth.google.com/

It's similar to Google Maps... but this covers the entire world...

There's a free version
A plus version - 20 dollars
A pro version - 400 dollars
And an enterprise version - saw no price

The pro version has a 7-day trial...

From what I can see though, they aren't leting people download it right now... at least not the plus or free version, but I was able to get the pro version to download.

The pro version does require you to register a user name and password though... not sure if the others do.

We appreciate your interest in accessing 3D geospatial information, but due to the technical limitations of this beta launch, Google Earth has been forced to take a brief breather. Please check back with us soon.

Can't view right now. :( but it looks very cool

I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

This has been around for about 3 years. The original program was called Earthviewer.

I downloaded it a few days ago. It's basically an updated version of Keyhole.

Haha, I downloaded it yesterday. :D

It's cool. The Grand Canyon is in full 3D. Now I can be a tourist from my chair! :D

Major cities have buildings in 3D too, although they're just 6-12 polies with no textures.

Screenshots are in order, 1 sec...

[Edit: I deleted my installer, sorry.

To answer whatshisname's question, the normal version of Google Earth needs no info. Just install and run.]

Does anyone have the installer still?

I save you people who still want it.

The link is down, but not the actual file.
Well, get it before google take that down too...

It's pretty neat, on the other hand, it's slow, so quite annoying sometimes. But you can get image of no maps sold on shops have.
