To an extent, I agree with you..but then again, why would you want to say it unless you are:

A. Really good friends with black people and it makes your more comfortable.

B. Reciting lyrics.

C. Reading a book.

I don't want to say it. I don't really think anyone should say it if it's going to be exclusive to one group. I know that it's been turned from a negative word to something positive, but maybe it should have been left in the past entirely.
