Okay, so he's supposed to be a Mage who is the stereotypical "I hate the world and write about it on my Xanga" "goth" person.

The post (language warning)

He's at a concert. Take note of the rate that his FOUR BASS DRUMS beat, and how this "awesome" singer's band is a laptop computer. Then read the song, and prepare to laugh your *** off.

I wish I were able to use cool words like "chthonic" as readily as he does.

I like even moreso the idea of this guy wearing a headset mic. When you have no instrument in front of you, that's hilarious. Generally, if a lead singer plays nothing, holding a mic fills that visual gap somewhat. So... just imagine this gothic guy screaming his head of into a headset mic.

I see that all the time.

Except they're crazy hobos on the sidewalk. But I don't imagine there's much difference. :p

Neosapien has a very nice sig choice.

He's the sort of guy I'd want to be vulgar to, but only if it didn;t cause immolation. Damn those witnesses. It's just like that time in Pentex when...
Hey, Blue? I'm loving the things you do. From the very first time, the fight you fight for will always be mine.

Being a lead singer that plays no instrument is kinda like being a designated hitter.

when was the last time you, er, heard silence buzz?

but then, to be honest, i'm quite sinful of this myself. wrote a few Goth-esque pieces some long, long time ago... one even for the Crow-fan-community (C3). i'd share, but you'd probably stone me.

When there's near-dead silence, my ears have this wierd ringing that I never notice otherwise. Maybe that's what he was referring to, unless this is just something that's wrong with my ears.

That, and blood rushing through your head, though that probably doesn't make a buzzing noise. At least it shouldn't.

I hear it too. I just reguard it as frequencies throughout the area, but as I know nothing about sound, this may be false. But have you notice that the pitch increases if machinery is running, like a T.V.?

Does anyone else hear this ringing or is the goth, DogSRoOL, and me just crazy?

Of course, I had ear surgery while I was younger...and can hear better than most people :\

Sometimes, it's not a good thing.
