I hope she gets sued for being dumb and wasting the Media companies' ink and server bandwidth, as well as many peoples' precious time. This is more ridiculous than ... hell, I don't even know

Except no. I highly doubt she will win this lawsuit. If the story is even true that is.

Notice how there is only a one sentence blurb on this supposed "lawsuit". I'm guessing she TRIED to launch a similar lawsuit and was denied, or just directly told the media she is sueing them, without it being true.

She won't win. The judge will almost certinally throw it out. It's also an international suit.
