Help Geb with NES games!

I just got myself a Nintendo Four Score for my NES (it's an adapter that lets me play not just 1-2 but also 3-4 players at the same time).

In the poll, I listed some choices (I limited the poll to 1-4 player games that appear promising), but poll or no poll, please post why I should (or SHOULDN'T) get a certain game. I've tried reading online reviews, but not only do they seem few and far between, but I simply don't trust them as much as you Massassians out there.

By the way, here's the list of NES games I currently own:
  • Superspike Volleyball/World Cup (up to 4 players)
  • Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt
  • Super Mario Bros. 2
  • Super Mario Bros. 3
  • The Legend of Zelda
  • The Legend of Zelda 2: Link's Adventure
  • Adventure Island
  • Batman
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: The Arcade Game
  • Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3: The Manhattan Project
  • Kirby's Adventure
  • Game Genie

And games I'm interested in obtaining (that aren't included in the poll):
  • Battletoads
  • Tiny Toons Cartoon Workshop
  • Excitebike

Any help you can give me would be much appreciated :)

Bomberman and Gauntlet are great games for 4 people.

Wow, talk about being several generations behind in gaming.

I don't know about any of the 4 player NES games, cause no one I knew had that adapater.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are one of the hundreds of parachuting enthusiasts who bought our "Easy Sky Diving" book, please make the following correction: on page 8, line 7, the words "state zip code" should have read "pull rip cord."

RC Pro-Am 2 is BEAST.

What was the name of that game?

Super Bomberman 4?

And was I the only one thinking you were going to try and make some sort of 2d game out of NES?
nope.

I have Gauntlet II, but no fourscore. :(

That said, it's still a pretty fun game, but I'm convinced that it never ends. I got to level 70-some, and was still going. I eventually gave up out of boredom.

Also, one of my friends obtained a copy of FF1. That he basically gave to me, since I'm the only person with an NES that he knows. :D

That'd be NeS, Mr. Boco.

NeS = The Never-ending Story Thread
NES = Nintendo Entertainment System
