/begin rant

I joined a server everything was good to go and started running for a blackhawk, became the driver and waited for people to load into my helicopter. After about a minute was ready to take off and everything was fine and these brilliant group of people jump of my helicopter and tell me to get out because they were so awesome in it the last map they deserved to fly it more than me (obviously they were right!). So i start demanding for them to get off the helicopter so i can take off, or it would Team kill them for their veyr awesome idea of preventing me from taking off. I sit there and say "hey i got all day here i can wait for you morons to get off my copter" Which i am responded to with joyful messages of, no we can wait forever we're gunna loose this match if you don't let us use the only strategy in the game we know how to use.

So anyways im sitting there for a good 5 minutes getting vote kicks spammed on me for "causing us to loose" and "team killing" oh and apparently "selling drugs to kids". The morons still refuse to get off the helicopter demanding it's theirs and theirs only, so we sit there, and sit there, and sit there..... Then a special forces enemy unit runs up drops a couple remote bombs, (i bailed out the second he started running). The helicopter explodes and they all die (lol). So i run back up wait for the helicopter to respawn and get tkd by one of them while having vote kicks on me for tking. So we loose that round by over a 100 points while they whine the whole time that it was my fault they are too stupid to do anything but grief anyone that touches their blackhawk.

So next map starts its a carrier map so there are 2 helicopters and i didnt bother taking one that time, prefer to use the F35, was doing fairly well, blew up lots of ground targets with straffing and bombs, was still getting vote kicks on me for "selling drugs to kids" and causing us to loose (somehow they were getting killed in their chopper all the time, guess they werent as awesome as advertised). Then the ringleader tries driving a blackhawk into my f35 as i try to take off, so i blew him and his stupid buddies up and got banned and laughed my *** off.

Meh, I would have just given up the helicopter. I'd rather go have fun instead of sitting there.

I hate it when it comes to that. Most people who try to fly the choopers are morons, at least as far as I've experienced. I was playing the other day on Gulf of Oman and we had no control points so I had to spwan on the carrier. I get in the Blackhowk and the pilot takes off, flying at near ground level, gets us shot down with in 3 seconds of crossing onto land. Happens a few more times with the samw pilots, so I start telling him to get a little altitude so we can at least bail out when we get over land, but he *****es me out for it. Annoyed the hell out of me.

Also was playing and we didn't have a commander, so I apply and get the gig. No less than 30 seconds later a mutiny is initiated by some idiot because we are losing. So I tell the guy that we hadn't had a commander for the entire game up to that point, but the guy's a moron. Fortunately, there was no mutiny because the rest of the team had half a brain.

My favourite is in 1942 when they shoot you when you go to get into a tank and then they're like "I wanted that one. lolz"

The other day my little brother was running around mining the enemy runway, and the only person who saw him was the enemy commander, who started trying to hit him with the artillery. It was funny because the artillery cannons were only a few hundred feet away, shooting straight up into the air. Every time they started shooting he just ran to another spot.

I hate the dudes in BF 1942 where they shoot you if you get in a vehicle before they do, then you TK them, and they start whining about you tking them etc, and they kill you all over the match and say it was in self defense. I wish I could hack them and send a virus to them that will format their hard drive.
Nothing to see here, move along.

in 1942 I'd always mine carriers and put detonation packs everywhere. Whenever someone tried to take off, BOOM!

I really racked up the kills there. It's also really funny when the carrier is the last spawn point left.

*crowd of people spawn*

*TNT on the ground*

*explosion with bodies flying everywhere*

*carrier sinks from the damage*

It does minimal damage, but when it's being done for the entire half hour of the game, it adds up :p

TwistedSoul, in your position, I would have just taken off, ignored their demands, and hoped that they would bail over enemy territory eventually. Simple. No need to settle to their level. Just get the job done on your terms.

I do find a lot of pilots to be morons, with the exception of my brother and a few people I have seen here and there in servers. They basically do bus transit service and allow their gunners to take out enemy infantry in hotspots. The morons will suicide the vehicle or leave the airstrips/carrier with a lot of the vehicle empty.

I just wish people would join squads, stick with their leaders, follow orders, and talk sometimes. I usually create squads because I hate joining the numerous incompetent ones.

Right now I am playing the demo but I hope to get full version soon.

I was playing Battlefront this morning against the AI. I was playing as a destroyer driod, and our reinforcement counter reached 7 with the clones at 36. So I leave my wall that i was using for cover, put up my shield and just unload on the clones in front of me. Right then my surviving teammates run out infront of me while I'm shooting. I kill the entire group before I could react.

Not the same thing, but semi-ironic.

Tell me about it. It's extremely hard to get people to follow your orders as a squad leader of commander too.

My favourite thing is when you're going for a jeep and someone claims they want it and start shooting you but you get the jeep first anyway and mow them down. Good times.
nope.

Exactly the type of reason that makes me only play games on private servers with friends. Public servers are a wretched hive of scum and villany.

I've not been able to play online yet, but I guess I'd just get some friends to join a specific server and form our own squad. Regardless. Personally I think anyone who has an automatic ban on team kills... is a moron.

The game asks the victim if they will forgive the other person.

This is obviously very, very bad.

I like the TK system. It still places a scoring penalty but it is up to the victim to decide on a further penalty that would result in eventual ban.

Haha, ZZ. Colliding with people when driving is fun. . . . in video games.
