'sup?

Wondering if this exists: some kind of hardware ebook reader. I have a lot of pdfs on my computer, but I don't want to sit in front of it every time I have to read up on something for school. So I need some sort of portable, fairly large-screen document reader. Doesn't have to have much functions - just a pdf-reader and other standards (txt, doc, etc...).

I assure you, your generosity in this matter will not go overlooked.

There's one that's available in Japan; it uses that new e-ink stuff. But I don't think you can get them here.

It's really not that great, though if you don't want to carry a PDA and need one, I guess it's good. I'd still suggest a PDA.

If you have money sprouting out of your ears, I'd thoroughly reccomend the Axim x50v, it's totally the best all-purpose PDA.

In case you don't, you'll probably still want a PDA, but you can find smaller, cheaper ones.

He wanted something with a fairly large screen, something that doesn't aply to PDAs.
