Quick question, was there ever a book based off the game Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II? It would be cool to get in-depth into the storyline. Thanks.

They are graphic novels. Picture books, so to speak.

I read those once in a Library - must have been years ago. They were, if I recall, beautifully illustrated, and quite well written. I'm such a JK fan, I might look out for them and buy a copy some time. :D

quoted for truth (Fine. You happy? Gawd.) I have them sitting beside my bed. Kyle is chasing down 8t88 for the disc as we speak in the second book. Amazingly drawn indeed.

Actually, there were a trilogy of books that basically covered everything from when Kyle goes to the Academy to the end of Jedi Knight. They were pretty good, actually. I didn't know about the graphic novels, I might have to see if I can track down a set.

Do you know wut the name of the trilogy was? Did it follow the game level by level?

I have the first and second book in that series. The first really starts with Kyle and how he became involved with the Rebellion. It also follows his first mission *the first level of the original Dark Forces*.

I haven't read the second book yet

The name of the triology was just "Star Wars: Dark Forces"

The title of three books were

Soldier for the Empire
Rebel Agent
Jedi Knight

Click here for the Amazon review

It seems the books were made AFTER the game, and are strictly based on the original 1997 JK. Interesting...... I'm gunna check them out :). Thanks guys.

Yeah I have all 3. They are great, wonderfully illustrated books based nicely around the games.
