Just bought this game yesterday for $18 at EBgames. I usually dont play many games anymore, but I used to love X-Men so I had to, plus I dont work for a week.....

Fun times. I couldnt find my memory card so I couldnt save it but it's fun, only complaint is lack of combos, or maybe I'm just doing them wrong.

There are tons of combos. You just have to unlock them via upgrades. Damn fun game, especially with 4 people.

It's good game that somehow went under the radar. Prehaps, people thought it will be a poor movie-game?

Oooh, that's down to $20 now. Might have to buy it then.

Hate those games that stay at $50 for over a year. Glad this isn't one of them.

Easily worth $20.

Just ordered it from EB for Xbox, heh. I figured nowhere around here would still be carrying it (and I'd have to go to Nashville to get to EB), so I just decided to order it, since it'll ship from Kentucky anyway, heh.

Yeah it's fun, especially with 4 players.

Only 2 complaints; 1) Wolverine is too freaken good compared to everyone else, but since I called Wolvie before we even started playing that was all ok. 2) The game is really, really, really long. Almost too long. Some levels took us two sessions of playing to complete. Long games are good when there's some variety, but X-Men Legends does get a little repetitive.

Let me guess, his health regenerates over time and makes it kinda hard to die if you play smart? hehe

Yup. He also deals out and can take insane amounts of damage.

Everyone else relies on health potions, Wolvie, just pull him out of a battle for 5-10 seconds and he's full health again. There will be more than one occasion where he's your last man standing, and easily destroying everything in front of him.

How's the combat? I know it's an action RPG kinda game, but the screenshots don't really point out whether the combat's very involved or not. Mainly what I'm asking is the combat more like Baldurs Gate where it's somewhat automated or is it more like Zelda or Fable where it's entirely reliant on your button-mashing? I'm hoping it's the latter.

Button mashy. Everyone gets a few combos, some of which like the daze combo are actually usefull, but if you just mash light attack constantly you'll do ok.

It's best with 4 players where everyone gets a defined roll, like any group in an RPG.

Ya, I've noticed even on the first mission that Wolvie is THE tank. My group was Wolvie, Cyclops, Iceman, and Storm and whenever I get into trouble Storm and Cyclops go first.... of course, it might be because my friend was playing Iceman and we kind of just let the comp players eat it.
