The fate of my car
2005-07-18, 1:45 PM #1
Well for now I've decided that I need to save up and pay off my car and other bills. I'm going to go work for Car Max most likely, they pay well there, so well that 3 of my family members work there. And for several years.

Anyhoo, I was thinking earlier this year of buying a Fiero GT and dropping in the same engine that I have in my car right now. The main reason why I wanted the newer GTP was for performance more than anything. I could easily buy the engine/transmission and other parts for about $1K, have an engine rebuilt and transmission rebuilt, then have it dropped into my current car.

So basically take the 3.4 engine from my current GTP and put it in a Fiero GT. Then take a 3.8 Supercharged engine from another GTP and put it in my car.

Get 2 fast cars in the end, get to keep the memories of my current car, and get the supercharged GTP.

Then again maybe it'll change again in a few weeks/months. No idea.
I can't think of anything to put here right now.

This does nothing to change the fact that you like stupid cars!

GM can make good vehicles (Corvette, all trucks and Cadillac), you just have to stay away from some of their brands. ;)

Brian, he is being sarcastic. He owns a Pontiac too and loves it. Hence why I asked him if I could have it.

That is a bad idea because there will be a point when you have no working vehicles. You should do the Fiero swap last.

No kidding. Somehow I feel all your threads should just have the subject "Dear diary"
