I made this for some one on TF.N for his brother or son, or whatever the kid is to him.... any how, what do you think of the lightsabre? (The original photo was that dark too)

Lightsaber effects are really basic things.

There isn't even light on the person from the bright blue saber.

Yeah well, not every one can do them... and I don't have to spend THOUSANDS of dollars on software or hours and hours on making a small 1 frame plugin... I did this in less than 5 minutes...

EDIT: I on purposely didn't put light on it, because the technique I'm developing is experimental...

So, you are just showing us work you did in less than five minutes...? And how is this "experimental" when it is quite an easy task?

Because Its a new method of how the lightsabre is made, 10x faster and easier, I still have to work out a few bugs, but other than that, it works fine... as long as it is some what believable...

To be fair, lightsabers did not cast light in ANH, ESB, ROTJ, TPM or ROTS (save light being cast on Yoda.)

Is SF_GoldG_01 a real person? I mean, it seems the only purpose he has in this forum is for people to incessantly beat up on him. Don't you guys get tired of that? This running gag is stale as hell.

It takes rought 10 seconds to make the saber effect in photoshop.

Besides making a line, going to glow effects then messing with lighting...
