For me anyway. Ive been having a hard time deciding this. Should I quit playing diablo 2 online? My internet connection hardly ever works, I dont have to good characters and Im hardly home anyway. The problem is thats its such a fun game and I love it. Im obsessed with it. I also have other work I need to be doing. But what do you all think I should do? Should I pull the plug?

You, sir, just provided your means of escaping this conundrum of what to do. Your solution is to pick up a book, namely "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy."

Don't just read Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy... Read the whole trilogy of five books.

I need to do my yearly reading of those again sometime soon.

I don't think I ever read the short story. All I recall about it is that it's something about Zaphod.

You think reading them over and over is bad... I have the whole audio series on tape. I've been running them into the computer and converting them to Mp3. I'm listening to it right now.

Man.. I can't believe how many hours I spent playing that game. Back when I was hooked, I'd play 6 hours a day on school days and all day nonstop on weekends for about two years. Then I pretty much got bored of it and I haven't played in months.

Yeah, I've got to say your Diablo II playing sounds more like a dirty addiction, than a self-fulfilling gaming experience(The pair of you, flexor and guy at the top)

It's like trying to justify an Everquest addiction.

Well they started as a Trilogy. Then Douglas Adams wrote a fourth and fifth book, thus making it a trilogy of five books. I don't know about the newer copies since I have an old set, but on the covers of the first three it claims they are part of a trilogy, then the fourth and fifth books have something to the effect of, "The Fourth/Fifth Book of the Hitchhiker's Trilogy" on them.
