Captain Picard Franklin Heirloom Doll

Hey all. I know Massassi is a SW site but I know a lot of you guys are collectors and/or Star Trek Fans. I have a Star Trek item which I've tried researching but have
never found any information. This doll was acquired during a women's charity auction many years ago. The doll was given to the auction by someone who worked at Franklin Mint. The doll is 16.5 inches and is solid. not "squishy" or like soft like a playmates action figure. The doll is a Franklin Heirloom Doll, A
Franklin Mint Company. The Captain Picard doll is on a stand which has
two little "poles" which you put Picard's feet into so that he can
stand. Everything about the doll is top quality and it's in mint
condition.

The detail work on the face alone is remarkable. I've searched a lot
online but can't find ANY website that mentions this doll at all yet
alone its value. I've uploaded pictures of it to a website. If you
want more pictures just tell me what you want a picture of, which part
of him I mean and I'll upload them. If someone has any knowledge on
this piece, when it was made, what it sold for, where it was sold, or
how much it's worth now I would be very very very thankful as I keep
searching but can't find any information about it aside from the Card
on the doll which talks about how it is a Franklin Heirloom Doll. The
card says the head has been sculpted of fine bisque porcelain and
painted by hand. The clothing and the accessories are hand-detailed.
The doll is in mint condition. Please let me know if you have any
knowledge on this piece.
