After 14 long years....

I am finally done with school. I took my final Ap test today, so I am in the clear!!! Now just to wait until graduation! I am very excited, but it feels weird to be done. I mean, 14 years is a long time to be at one school, know all the same people and so on. But I am relieved. So drinks are on me for all those done with school!

You were in High School for 14 years?

I can imagine your frustration, after fourteen years of high school.

No, i think he meant that his school was one of those schools where they have elementry, middle, and high school all together in one place, so you kind of stay with the same people.

That only adds up to 12 years though, maybe he got held back or something.

Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, "You're next." They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals.

I have four days of actual classes left, though I'm told most of them are to be a joke.

My school just sucks. No study leave until the exams start. And that's been, oh... about 12-14 years as well. Trouble is, I've got between 2 and 6 more years left.

The average time it takes to graduate from my university is 5-6 years. I could hardly stand 1 year, I dont know how I'm gonna make it through 4-5 more... hopefully I'll be well on my way to dropping out by next spring. (meaning maybe I'll get lucky enough to have a decent music career ahead of me but I'm not counting on that).

There, I fixed it, for no further confusion.
