Anyone notice their post being pinned to the bottom of a thread, with the time changed or not?

In the THRAWN cry baby thread, DJ Yoshi did not post after me, yet his post time is about an hour ahead of mine. Any new post you make will be before his. It also is happened in the Hack this thread. Weird. Forums are broken.

It's been happening for a while and people call it future posting. Its supposedly a timezone bug or something.
